Waterrecreatie Nederland and the MOCO monitoring consortium organise a national symposium on the monitoring of water recreation in the Netherlands. The reason for organising the symposium is to reflect on 3 years of monitoring in the Wadden Sea and see how this monitoring method can be broadened to other areas. Over the past years, CELTH has financially supported this monitoring project.
The symposium is about:
- Building a sustainable knowledge network in which researchers, policy makers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders exchange experiences, data and knowledge
- Exchanging results from recent field investigations of water sports, water recreation and water experience
- Collecting input for a Water Recreation Monitoring Knowledge Agenda and its financing
You can register for the symposium here.
