Customer journey toolkit

Our toolkit gives tourism businesses insight into how they can best measure the customer journey of holidaymakers. In this way, we provide insight into the measurability of the touchpoints of holidaymakers before, during and after a holiday. Examples of touchpoints are the contact moments during the search and booking behaviour.

The project is part of the Data & Development Lab in which CELTH cooperates with NBTC and CBS.
