Working session Organisational Capacity

In the Agenda Conscious Destination (ABB), Organising Capacity is one of the five themes that CELTH considers urgent. In the ABB, conscious destination is at the forefront. CELTH explicitly chooses the destination level because that is where all the different sub-sectors and actors come together.

Creating a balance between the interests of visitors, residents and businesses is the credo these days. To meet these challenges, parties do not stand alone. Indeed: parties depend on each other to a greater or lesser extent. Therefore, parties will increasingly need to enter into dialogue, seek alignment, form visions about undesirable and desirable futures, define policy frameworks, pool resources and thus form productive coalitions. This working session is a great start to that.
